TUI BLUE Palm Garden

We stayed in April and had a great time. The rooms were lovely and roomy, and our daughters liked having a space of their own to relax. The TUI team at the kids' club were great, and the girls made friends and got along well with them. Kubra deserves special thanks for translating when we saw the doctor and helping bridge the communication gap. The manager also came by the restaurant at different times, chatted happily, and remembered our nationality. Staff were friendly and glad to help. The big pool was absolutely freezing, which was a surprise outside the season, but after getting hot during activities it felt refreshing to cool down on the slides. We also tried step aerobics, which was great fun, even in the middle of a thunderstorm.

The people here are what made our seven-night stay so memorable. Everyone we met was warm, smiling and attentive, and even those whose names we didn't learn made us feel welcome. When my boyfriend got sick, Zeynep from Guest relations kindly brought buffet food to our room, even though room service isn't available. We won't forget that. Melissa, our travel agent, also helped a lot when we had flight problems on the way here, handling everything professionally and checking that we were okay and satisfied. We were very happy with the food every day. It was delicious and beautifully presented, especially the desserts near the ice cream car. I think the lovely woman decorating them was Rabia Nur. The bakery was dangerously good too. Thanks to Hassan the bread chef and our frequent waiters Hekim, Civan and Recep, along with the rest of the team, for taking such good care of us. The two spa women who gave us hammam and massages made for a wonderfully relaxing experience, and the cleaning staff kept everything spotless. The live shows were fun, and the whole atmosphere was lovely. We've stayed with TUI BLUE since last year and this visit to TUI BLUE Palm Garden felt extra special. We're leaving with lovely memories and full hearts, and would absolutely recommend it.

The food was excellent, with plenty of variety, and the rooms were spacious and well equipped. Evening entertainment was limited, though. Security and safety need attention. There are no wristbands, and entry and exit registration at the gate seemed ad hoc. There was no beach security. In the amphitheatre, young children could run backstage and carry things out, then run in a poorly lit area with concrete steps. The walkways were very dark and felt dangerous, especially on the way to the toilets near the purple bar at night.

We've stayed at Blue TUI Palm Garden three years running, and we're already counting down to September 2026. Each visit seems better than the last, and the Tui team makes the hotel feel like a second home from arrival to departure. Well done to all the staff. A special thanks to everyone who worked all day Friday after the wind damage. You put in so much effort to keep it from disrupting our holiday, and we really appreciated it. The restaurant team, especially Dilek, Yusouf Ari and Memet, made meals a pleasure with their warmth and attentiveness. Gulizar's yoga classes were a refreshing start to the day for a second year, and Elvan's stretch and relax sessions left us re-energised. Dila at reception was always helpful and smiling, Ramazon made water sports safe and fun, and Hatiz K kept our room spotless and greeted us warmly. This place is a little piece of heaven because of the caring people who go the extra mile. We can't wait to return next year. Teşekkürler.
