The location right by the beach was beautiful, and with the delicious food and excellent service this was one of my most relaxing holidays. I especially enjoyed the fitness classes, the spa and, my personal favorite, the San Sebastian Cheesecake. I can't recommend it enough. One thing to know is that the guests seemed older on average than I expected. That's fine, but if you're after an adults-only hotel with lots of young people, this may not suit you.

The food, entertainment and restaurant staff were good, but we had a very poor experience with both reception and housekeeping. At reception, we were given misleading information about transport: taxis aren't the only option, since inter-city buses and local minibuses are available. We were also offered a supposed round-trip taxi deal to Antalya for 130 euros, while a regular metered taxi charged us 54 euros one way. We were told we wouldn't need to exchange euros for Turkish lira because euros were used everywhere, but many places, including public buses, accepted only lira. Housekeeping took a very long time until we complained, and the cleaning was too minimal for a stay of more than a week. A cleaner also entered our room while the red DO NOT ENTER button was on. That should never happen and was extremely unprofessional. Taking feedback on board and using it to improve the service would benefit the hotel more than arguing with people who raise concerns.

We stayed for seven nights, from 4-11 September 2025, and it was our first visit. Everything matched what we expected, and we're very happy with the stay. The staff were friendly and spoke German and English. The food was tasty, with enough variety for different tastes and appetites. All areas, including the rooms, were cleaned daily, and towels were changed every day. We'll definitely come back!

The beach bar lunches were especially good, and the pool and beach were lovely places to unwind. The food overall was great, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with supplies replenished daily. Most of all, Yilmaz at reception made our week special. He was kind, professional and went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome and looked after. We had a relaxing, stress-free stay at TUI BLUE Side and would highly recommend it. Thanks to Yilmaz and the whole team, we'll be back.
