The staff were all nice, the place itself is beautiful, and the shared areas feel really cosy. The room was clean but had no window, so there was no air. Breakfast was okay, but 8:30am is when they start preparing the plates, not when you’ll be served, so expect to wait. The WiFi worked perfectly in the lobby but not in the rooms.

The common areas were cosy and very nicely decorated, and all the staff were kind to us. The room itself was lovely, although it was too warm and had no ventilation. WiFi didn’t work in the room, so we had to go up one floor to get a signal. The hotel is in a great spot right on the Main Street. There’s no parking, so if you arrive by car you’ll need to find somewhere on a side street. Breakfast was good, but on our first day we waited more than half an hour. They serve it at the table when guests arrive, yet the staff served a group that arrived at least 10 minutes after us first.

We chose this hotel based on the reviews and are very happy with our choice. We’re travelers from Kazakhstan. The hotel has an ethnic style, and our room was cozy, clean, and full of atmosphere. There’s also a veranda with a view of the Mesopotamian Valley.

The room was nice, and a single room is a good fit for a solo traveler at an affordable price. The staff were very pleasant and spoke good English. The location is good too, and the interior design plus the scenic view make it a great place to relax and recharge.
