We really appreciated the staff's honesty and trust. We'd booked online and assumed payment had already gone through, but it hadn't. The hotel didn't ask us for money until checkout, after four days. That level of professionalism and trust is rare, and made us feel comfortable and respected. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of fresh, delicious choices each morning. There were traditional Turkish items, fresh bread, cheeses, and hot dishes, all prepared and served with care. A perfect start before heading out to explore Cappadocia. Ahiyan Hotel Cappadocia was beautiful, clean, and well located, with a peaceful, authentic feel. The friendly, professional staff made our stay special from the moment we arrived. Fatima and Mustafa at reception deserve a special mention. They were kind, patient, and always ready to help with questions or requests. We had a wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations. The team, especially Fatima and Mustafa, made us feel welcome. I'd gladly stay again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Fatimah at reception took such good care of us. She was incredibly helpful, shared useful information, and arranged our trips smoothly. The hotel had a warm, cosy atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. Our room was bright, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast each morning was a delicious, distinctive Turkish spread we looked forward to. We had a truly memorable stay at Ahiyan Hotel. Highly recommended!

Every morning we had a delicious Turkish breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The manager, Mr Mehmet, was great. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. We had an excellent stay at Ahiyan hotel, and both the hotel and our experiences in magical Capadoccia were amazing!
