The restaurant had fantastic food and an unparalleled view, and the mezze was the best we’d had in Turkey. The family running the place, a father and son, are truly special people. Service was professional, kind, and so helpful. The location and views are stunning, too. We love this place, highly recommend this gem to our friends, and will definitely be back.

The Ottoman Bath was amazing. The two women who did it for us had a great sense of humor, and the setting helped make the experience, even with some things in disrepair. This is about the HAMAM at CCR, not the hotel, though the lobby looked lovely. The place has an older, charming, unusual feel and doesn’t need modernizing, but it does need repairs: water leaked from the ceiling, the toilet rooms had no lights and were dark to use, and there was very little steam in the steam room.

The view from the pool and the room is amazing, and the spa is large and very high quality. Staff are friendly and smiley, too. The hotel has about six floors and around 100 rooms, I think, with different styles: stone, cave, and a mix of both. If you’re looking for a holiday in Cappadocia, I recommend it. It’s one of the places you should visit.

I stayed for two days in January 2026, and it was an unpleasant experience. The walk to the room was dark, and breakfast was very poor. There weren’t even 10 guests staying, but they still couldn’t provide a basic breakfast for the amount we paid in USD.

The views are amazing, but the room smelled damp, like it hadn’t been aired out or used in a long time. The rooms themselves are just alright. Dinner was basic and cold. Staff could have been more welcoming and enthusiastic, and very few spoke English, which made communication a real challenge.
