Breakfast was delicious, served in a stylish dining room, and having a park at the hotel was a real convenience. The location makes it easy to get around in every direction. The rooms are spacious and mix old-fashioned charm with modern touches. Downstairs, the rooms have stylish bathrooms and lovely views over the elegant courtyard. Upstairs, they're nicely decorated and look out over a beautiful panorama. Couldn't ask for better, highly recommend it.

We got a fantastic room with a view, and it was clean, comfortable, and felt luxurious. The price felt well worth it. The staff were great about accommodating our needs, and breakfast was amazing, with a huge range of dishes and lovely seating both indoors and outdoors. There's also a parking lot, which is a plus if you're traveling by car.

We spent four nights here. The room was clean and spacious, the staff helpful, and the price reasonable. Breakfast wasn't exciting, but there was plenty of it and it did the job. It was served from 7 to 10.30. We'd recommend staying here.

A special thank you to Çiya, the manager, who was always available when we needed support. The hotel has great service and a very good location. Its private parking is a major advantage, and really a must if you're driving in this area. Highly recommend it. Thanks so much.

The breakfast had an excellent selection, and the staff were very helpful, especially Veysi Bey. They even arranged a tour for us to sights outside the city. The hotel is right in Mardin's historic old town, and a shuttle from the airport takes you almost to the front door. Great place to stay.
