Lovely place to stay, with beautiful views. Clean, friendly, and fantastic.

The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the evening view was amazing. Our clean room put us right in the historic atmosphere of Old Mardin, and the staff were attentive, with helpful suggestions for places to visit. We stayed with family last week and felt more like visiting guests than hotel customers. If we return to Mardin, this will be our first choice. Highly recommend it. 😊

We booked the Hades room for the jacuzzi during Eid al-Adha, from May 27-30. It was nice, and we used it without any problems, but it leaked and kept the bathroom wet. We laid the towels provided on the floor so we wouldn’t risk slipping. We didn’t report it during the holiday since it wasn’t something that could be fixed right away. The toilet was also in very poor shape. It was mounted right beside the sink, making it so cramped that we had to sit sideways, and it wobbled. Breakfast was included and adequate. Parking wasn’t an issue for us, as there’s a contracted lot just above the hotel. Aside from the leaking jacuzzi and awkward toilet, we had no other problems. Thank you.
