The breakfast was fabulous, and Mardin itself is beautiful, with peaceful winding stone alleys and a kind, friendly neighborhood that felt safe. I spent a wonderful 9 nights in room 3. The staff treated me like family and were amazing. Thanks so much to Rezan, Seda, Züleyha, and little Rizgar. I’ll be back.

Seda greeted us with a big friendly welcome and showed us to our room. It was clean and warm when we arrived, and breakfast was really good. I’d highly recommend it.

The owner restored and designed this newly opened place with real attention to detail. The building has a warm, cosy feel while still showing off nearly a thousand years of history and architecture. We were served a high quality breakfast in our room, and the staff paid close attention to our needs and requests. It’s off the main street, which made for a quiet stay, something hard to find closer to the main road. An amazing place, highly recommended.

The owner was so hospitable, helped with our luggage, and even called ahead to tell us which route to take after Google Maps sent us the wrong way. We stayed one night as a couple in room #5, and it was amazing. The hotel really brings out the historic feel of the city. Breakfast was wonderful, set outside our door with a lovely view. The girl with the hijab who served us also gave us great advice on places to visit and was very welcoming. Thank you both. I highly recommend this hotel!
