Parking is a big advantage here, since it's hard to find a hotel with a parking space. The hotel is also very close to old central Mardin, shops, and historic places, all within walking distance. Its view is magical too. The rooms are big, with high ceilings and stone walls, and the whole hotel is beautifully set up and extremely clean. The staff and owner were helpful, friendly, and cheerful. I really enjoyed my stay and WILL BE BACK…. 😃

The terrace view was lovely, and breakfast was very good, fresh, and delicious. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the location was good. Parking wasn't a problem either. Everything was very nice.

It's a very nice hotel in old mansions, with beautiful views and a great location. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The rooms aren't soundproof, so you can hear everything outside. We stayed Thursday and Friday, though, and the noise and music had stopped by midnight.

The rooftop view is lovely, and breakfast was great too. I found the room really cosy, built with beige stone, and it stayed surprisingly quiet even with a wedding happening during the night I was there. At 1000 TL per day, it felt like a great deal. I only wish there were more umbrellas or shaded spots on the rooftop, so people could sit outside and enjoy the view on sunny days.

That terrace, with tea and a view over Mezopatamia, was the part I keep thinking about. The building itself is a beautiful old fortress from the 1400s, turned into a hotel while keeping its history and architecture. I spent four very short nights there and was blown away by both the place and the service. Halim, Murat and the other hosts were brilliant, thoughtful about every detail, and incredibly hospitable. My suite was spacious and beautifully designed, and the lighting was stunning. I can’t wait to return.
