The staff were the real highlight for me. They were professional, kind, always smiling, and quick to handle every request with real care. They made me feel like the most important guest there. My room was extremely comfortable, and the view was stunning. The design was breathtaking, everything was very clean, and the hotel felt elegant throughout. From the moment I arrived, it seemed like I’d stepped into another world. This stay combined luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality into a complete experience. I highly recommend it if you want an unforgettable visit, and I’ll definitely be back.

The room’s stone walls, high ceilings, and dim yellow lights gave it a special charm. I think the place is newly built. That beauty came with a couple of minor side effects, though: a tiny bit of plaster fell onto my desk from the ceiling, and there was a slight plaster smell. I spent three nights here in December, which isn’t considered high season for Mardin, and have only warm things to say. The owner and the two guys running the hotel were attentive to all my requests. They prepared an excellent breakfast for the time I wanted, and it was always ready on time. Despite December nights dropping to zero, I managed to get comfortable with the air conditioning set to 30 degrees and warm clothes.

It was my first time in Mardin, and choosing this hotel was a perfect choice. I highly recommend it if you visit. The five days I spent here were among the most wonderful I’ve had in the city, with peaceful, serene days and exceptional hospitality. Thank you to the hotel manager for the warm welcome, to my dear brother Rasool for his kindness and politeness, and to my brother Tajeh for being helpful and genuinely friendly.

I was with a group of 18, and the owner welcomed us warmly and told us to feel at home. He did everything he could to make our stay wonderful, and I’ll never forget the experience. The hotel was clean and tidy, with an authentic feel and lovely people. The young staff who served us were especially kind, warm, and always smiling. They were there for us 24/7. I’d warmly recommend Rumet Pasa Konagi to anyone traveling in this part of Turkey. I’d go back at the first opportunity, and I’m sure you won’t regret staying there.
