Zinciriye Hotel - Special Class

The terrace was one of the best parts, with a stunning panorama of Mardin and the Mesopotamian plains. Zinciriye Hotel is right in the heart of the old city, so the historical sites are easy to reach. My room was spotless and well kept, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I had a wonderful, memorable stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mardin.

Mardin is wonderful, especially in winter, and this hotel and the city both felt heartwarming. I spent two days here and really appreciated the hospitality and care from the staff. My room category was upgraded for free, and hot, delicious tea was made for me in the evening. Hi Ismail! I hope to come back. The building is beautiful, right in the heart of Old Mardin, and the terrace has a stunning view. The room was fine, even though it was unusually stony. But the building is 700 years old, and I could feel the beauty of time there. Breakfast was okay, not perfect, just okay. Good luck!

The location is hard to beat, just two flights of stairs below the Medrese, and breakfast is included for a great price. The building is the most beautiful ancient hotel I've ever seen, and the service was great. Just be aware that in January it was freezing, so check whether your room has heating before you head out. I'd really recommend coming in March or May, before it gets too hot.

That rooftop has an amazing spiritual view, and I spent most of my time there because I didn't enjoy being in my room. Mine was by reception, very humid, and had no extra details. The hotel itself is a historic, original palace, right by everything. The receptionists were very helpful, and the person serving breakfast was nice, though the breakfast could be better. I think couples could have a good stay in one of the larger rooms. Thanks for the hospitality.
