Aurasia Deluxe Hotel

Breakfast was nice and clean, and the kitchen staff were very good. Nilay at reception helped us with a lot and was especially helpful. Everyone on staff was friendly and attentive to guests. The hotel was very clean, and whenever we needed something, they provided it, whatever the time. The staff really go above and beyond. I’ll definitely return. It’s rare to find a hotel this good in Marmaris.

The staff’s constant smiles and kindness made the stay even better. Melih at reception was very friendly, professional, and quick to sort out problems. He even helped guests find things outside the hotel. Nilay was cheerful and welcoming, and always ready to help. Hikmet, the physiotherapist in the Spa, was skilled and professional too. At Aurasia Design Hotel the room was spotless, well equipped, and had everything a guest might need. Housekeeping was more than perfect. Breakfast was plentiful, rich, and delicious. The hotel brings together comfort, cleanliness, and great service. I’ll keep booking here and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Marmaris.

The hot water was the main problem. I was there for a few days and had to call every day to get it turned on or fixed. The location and price were good, and everyone was nice and welcoming. There’s a link with Ausaria Beach Hotel, where you can use its private beach section for free. They also make really nice cocktails. We only ate breakfast there, and it wasn’t really my kind of food, though there were plenty of choices.

The first day of my honeymoon was completely ruined. I paid €170 for the stay, but the air conditioning didn’t work properly, the room was much smaller than advertised, and the chicken from the restaurant wasn’t cooked properly. My reservation clearly lists the room as 280 ft². I asked for the €170 to be refunded to my bank account, but nothing has come through. I have the reservation details and WhatsApp conversation with the hotel as proof. If they really thought they weren’t at fault, they wouldn’t have offered solutions. This isn’t a favor, it’s my right as a customer.
