A quaint, very affordable place, with breakfast included and access to a private beach and sunbed. The water was amazing, and the service was good. No complaints.

Near here, I found a friendly owner selling jars of local honey and homemade goat’s milk ice cream. It’s fresh, small-batch and made with local honey, though not too sweet. The owner seemed honest, hospitable and good-hearted. A scoop was only 1 euro. I’d definitely recommend it.

We spent a month here and it felt more like visiting relatives than staying at a hotel. Everyone was friendly, and the whole experience was wonderful. Our villa faced a lovely beach, and there was a very green yard and a traditional Turkish breakfast. I hope to return to Beach Wood Villas next year.

The main downside was breakfast. It came to the table rather than being buffet style, was served late, around 9, and had very little variety. Everything else worked well for us: the private beach was lovely, especially at night, and the children had a great time there. The staff were friendly and did their best to help. It’s peaceful and well located, about five minutes from Icmeler and ten from Marmaris old town, near the dolphinarium and waterpark. If we come back to Marmaris, we’ll stay at Beachwood Villas again.
