The pool was filthy and so cold that I couldn't stay in it for more than five minutes. The fish market nearby also made the area smell, though most places were a 10-30 minute walk away. Cleaning was awful. They made the bed and folded the blankets, but left our things on the floor untouched. During the first three days we got no clean towels until we went to reception to ask, and they didn't replace the toilet paper or provide any. I also believe staff went through our suitcases looking for valuables. More than £130 was taken from me, and I saw someone on the Facebook page say an iPad had been taken too. Absolutely appalling. Avoid at all costs.

The staff really made our stay. Mehmet, the owner, is a great man and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Every one of the bar boys did their best to look after us too. A definite 10/10 for the accommodation. I'd highly recommend it, along with their sister hotel Club Candan. You won't be disappointed.

The reception staff member's treatment of us was the worst I've experienced at a hotel. We paid for seven nights, but as we were leaving around 1am during the seventh night, she insisted we'd paid for seven days and needed to pay extra to keep the room while waiting for our transfer. We paid, then checked our booking over breakfast elsewhere and saw it did cover seven nights. When we returned, she denied we'd paid anything extra. I pointed to the camera above reception and said it would show the payment. Suddenly she remembered and refunded us. I wondered if she took advantage of four young women on our first holiday, but I can't know for sure. She'd been rude from the start. After bird droppings got on a towel drying on the balcony, my friend asked her for a replacement and was told, “clean it yourself.” The WiFi was unusable despite being advertised as good. We also had to pay extra for air conditioning and toilet roll, though I expected that at a budget hotel and it's not why I wouldn't return. I just wanted to feel relaxed and cared for, and was left very disappointed. There were some good points. Our room was spacious and fairly clean, though belongings from previous families had been left behind. The cleaners did a good job each day. There were plenty of sunbeds, we could always find four together, and the pool was clean and refreshing, with a slide. Pool staff were kind and helpful.

The room and facilities were nice, especially the pool and slide. Food and drinks were hit or miss, but mostly good, if a bit overpriced. Paying for air conditioning was the big problem. The receptionist said six days would be £41, around 2285 TRY, and wrote that amount in the payment book. He actually charged £104, around 5800 TRY. When I pointed it out with the receipt right there, he acted as if he didn't know what I meant and told me to come back later. I kept at it and got it sorted, but his attitude really put me off.
