We'd never been to Turkey before, but our week here over October half term was amazing from the start. The hotel is constantly cleaned and the staff go above and beyond. There was so much to do that we only went out on two excursions. We loved it enough to book another stay just three days after getting home, this time for two weeks in summer. Already counting down. Thanks, Green nature resort, it was a real pleasure.

We had a great time here with our two kids, aged 3 and 1. There was plenty going on and the food was good. Special shout-out to ILHAN, who was amazing at breakfast, lunch and dinner and made us feel welcome. ALHAYYYYY! It's about a 10-minute walk to the start of the strip and 2.4 miles to the harbour. The gym was okay, with a few dumbbells up to 22.5 kg and three machines with multiple functions, enough for a decent workout. The tattoo parlour had great tattooists, the jewellery shop cleaned my Mrs' ring and bracelet very well, and the barber did a decent skin fade and beard trim. Hopefully we'll be back soon. This was our second visit and we had a lovely time. It rained for the first couple of days, but there was still plenty to do. The kids club was a godsend for our little boy, and the pools and slides were great. Food was good and staff were too. The hotel is well positioned, with the seafront, shops and bars an easy walk away. Icmeler is a short bus or taxi ride, and its beach is lovely.

For our first trip to Turkey, we were very pleased with this hotel. The maids were the loveliest I've come across anywhere, the air conditioning worked really well, and the food was very good with a fairly wide choice. Pools and facilities were meticulously clean and well maintained. It felt family friendly without feeling overwhelmingly like a kids' hotel, which was just the right balance. We took two excursions, a Jeep safari and a pirate boat trip, and both were fantastic and worth the money. On our last day we could use the spa showers and changing rooms, so we could enjoy the day and get ready for the journey home.

Our four-year-old loved the kids club, and the staff there were so kind and friendly that our grandson took to every one of them. The food was just wow, and the resort is perfect for families. Staff throughout were friendly, well mannered and professional. The only downside was the long distance from Dalaman Airport, which was the worst airport I've ever been through. £30 for a burger meal there? Shame on Dalaman Airport!
