The staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived, always polite, helpful and smiling. The rooms were bigger, cleaner and more comfortable than I expected for the price, which felt like great value compared with similar hotels in Greece, where prices have become ridiculously high. I was completely happy with my stay at Ozturk Apartment in Marmaris and would definitely like to come back. Highly recommended!

Really clean, good-sized rooms, a very good shower, and a good location 👌

The reception man was really kind, and the place is in a quiet, handy area. The bed was comfortable, but the room was meant to be non-smoking and still reeked of cigarettes the moment we opened the door. Apart from the air conditioning, everything felt old. We couldn't bring ourselves to shower. The towels must once have been white, but they're grey now. This apart-hotel needs a major renovation, and I can't understand its high Google rating.

Everything is close by from this central location. The staff were great and sorted us out with a good car rental deal at very short notice. Our apartment, number 202, had dead kitchen outlets, so we ended up using the portable stove in the bedroom. The TV didn't work either. The pool is quite small and not much fun when a few guests are in it.

The only thing I'd add is a toaster in the apartment, but that's hardly a deal breaker. It's a good spot if you like somewhere a bit quieter, while still being near all the bustle when you want it. The family running the place couldn't do enough for us, and everything was spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.
