There’s plenty to do here, with a stage on the grounds for evening shows and activities, and entertainment during the day too. The property is surrounded by greenery, which gives it a peaceful feel. From the pool terrace you can see the sea and islands in the distance, a lovely setting to relax in. The pool is spacious and well kept, with lots of loungers and umbrellas for enjoying the sun. A great holiday spot whether you want quiet time or entertainment.

Our stay was really disappointing. We arrived at 1pm and didn’t get checked in until 4:30pm. There were three of us, but we were given only two towels and two sets of sheets. We kept asking for an extra set of each every day, and they still hadn’t arrived after five days. The staff were rude and spoke about us in Turkish, apparently unaware that some of us understood them. The room was dirty, with plaster coming off the walls, cockroaches and earwigs inside, and the balcony door handle came off on day one. There wasn’t even an ashtray on the balcony, which was inconvenient. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The kids’ entertainment was brilliant, with activities during the day and shows in the evening. There was a good choice of food and snacks throughout the day, and the staff were helpful, welcoming, and really looked after the children. Thank you.

The entertainment team was the only part we really liked. They got the kids involved, and my boys loved it. We became good friends with coco. The hotel itself felt run down, scruffy, and dirty. The pool was dated but clean, while the pool toilets were dirty and covered in ants. The food was awful, with nothing for English guests or the kids. Breakfast was even worse, and the daytime options like pizza and chips weren’t very good either. We were a family of seven with two rooms, one meant for an adult and child and the other for two adults and three children. But one room only had space for two adults and two children. It was old, dirty, and in a run-down part of the hotel. We asked to move to the main part but were told there were no rooms available. The bathrooms were shocking. The sink leaked badly and took three days to fix, then the toilet broke and wouldn’t flush. I had to complain because the room wasn’t being cleaned and the beds weren’t getting fresh bedding. Some days there were no towels, and the cleaner left our balcony door open so anyone could get in. We had cockroaches in the room every day. It was advertised as a four-star all-inclusive hotel, but I’d say it was two-star. This was our first family holiday together, and it wasn’t worth what we paid. We feel completely ripped off.
