The room was a mess in basic ways: no Wi-Fi, the room phone didn't work, and the shower drain was blocked, so it flooded while I was using it. The room and hotel were also advertised misleadingly. Parking is a problem too, with only 50-100 spaces for more than 150 rooms, so you will likely end up on the street. The area felt sketchy, and parking on the sidewalks could leave your car damaged. My biggest issue was getting a blanket. I asked four times and had to walk to the lobby repeatedly, a 5-10 minute walk from my room. At 12:05 a.m. they said it would arrive in a few minutes. After half an hour, I returned to the lobby and was told again it would be right there. I waited another 10 minutes in my room, then went back for a third time. I said I'd post online if this happened again so people would know what to expect at CLUB DEDEMAN. Another 10 minutes went by, and I had to ask a fourth time. I had lost faith and just wanted a refund and to leave, so I made them bring the blanket to the lobby. They told me to wait until morning to speak to the manager. I said I'd record our conversation for customer protection. When I spoke to her, I was very disappointed: they apologized but said there was nothing they could do because they manage these “timeshares.” She said this was what people should expect anyway. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't want future tourists staying here without knowing how it really is and how guests are treated. A night costs 6000 Turkish lira, about $190 at the time. Minimum wage in Turkey was $480 then. Do the math and tell me if that price is justified. Do not come here or stay here!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a balcony, though they felt a bit dated and had little or no Wi-Fi. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel sits in a lovely, quiet spot with a great pool. Bitez beach is accessible by private minivan, about 10 minutes away. We stayed seven nights, and my only real complaint was that housekeeping came just once. There was a trolley with extra towels and toiletries not far from our room.

A very clean hotel, with tidy rooms and really good service. A great choice for a holiday in bodrum.

A lovely spot, and the staff are always friendly. You can take a taxi or minibus to Bodrum or the nearby beaches.
