Princess Kinli Suites Hotel

We booked one room for our family of four, but the owner offered us two separate rooms because it was the slow season, so we’d be more comfortable. Such a kind surprise. The place was clean and cozy, and our balcony looked out over the pool. It’s hard to find this level of service and quality at a reasonable price around here. I’d definitely recommend staying.

The cleaning team came in every day with a smile and checked if we needed anything. You could tell the whole staff took pride in their work. Yaşar was especially thoughtful. He remembered our names, welcomed us with tea when we got back late, and regularly made sure we had what we needed. From the first moment, he treated us like family, and everyone was warm and helpful. It felt more like a home than a hotel. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to return.

The staff are very friendly, but that didn’t do much to make the stay more comfortable. There’s no elevator, and everything feels extremely basic. As soon as you check in, you may get the sense you’ve been downgraded. I’d say it’s probably a two-star hotel, and you might wish you’d spent a little more for somewhere nicer.

The kids didn’t want to leave, and I even got into the pool although I’m not much of a swimmer. It was so clean and looked great. The room was immaculate, the hotel was tidy, and the food and service were excellent. The staff welcomed us at 1am after we had to leave a nightmare hotel, helped with our luggage and check-in, and were so friendly with the children. They also contacted my airport transfer and changed the pickup spot, which made things much easier. The hotel is in a great location, about a five-minute walk from the beach and Blue Port mall. Thanks for turning the holiday around after the trouble we’d had.
