Tui Blue Grand Azur

The food was good, the beach was nice, and everything was clean. Most of the front desk staff were warm, friendly, and kind, but Yasemin was very rude. She sent English tourists off with flags, while telling Turkish guests, “Come on, it’s 1 o’clock, time to leave.” She even scolded us while we were eating. That's why I took off one point. I hope she learns to treat Turkish guests equally. There was also no need to claim the rooms were full when some were clearly available.

This is a zero star review for both the Marmaris branch of Tru Blu International and its international management team. We stayed for one night on August 16th, and the birthday celebration we had planned became one of the worst experiences we've had. The hotel was dirty, facilities poorly maintained, and food inedible. We asked for a refund within an hour of checking in because of the conditions. The hotel told us to go through the booking agent, who then said the hotel had to issue it. Later, the hotel refused, saying we should have raised the problem sooner, though we'd spoken up almost immediately. They also said there were no cleaners available to prepare the room we hadn't even used, despite housekeeping and laundry staff working on our floor. The manager was dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. After we left, we contacted Customer Relations Management about the experince. They confirmed on the 22nd of August that a full refund would be issued, but months later nothing has happened. We've sent several follow-up emails and made multiple expensive international calls, with no response from anyone on the team. The situation has gone beyond a terrible stay. They acknowledged the issue and promised a refund, yet there's been no action or communication. It shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers.

The beach and beach bar looking out over the islands across the sea are what make this my place to escape, recharge, and find some peace. This is my sixth visit, and the atmosphere keeps bringing me back. The staff are efficient without being in your face, and the food, cleanliness, spa, and gym are all wonderful. The Tui Blue Grand Azur is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, a haven of tranquility and sophistication.

We're here right now, and this is the best holiday I've ever had. The staff are always ready to help, the food's amazing, and the entertainment is world class. Golden tones were outstanding last night. We really needed a chilled holiday like this. Thank you for such a lovely time. x
