We've been here three times now, and every trip has been a pleasure. The Erciyes mountains have such a great atmosphere, and the hotel is in a wonderful spot close to the ski areas. Our room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and always smiling, and the Turkish food was delicious 🤤. Special thanks to Mr Mirzabala, who helped us throughout every holiday. We'll be back.

Getting to the slope is easy thanks to the hotel's shuttle, which keeps running the few hundred metres to the other building, where ski lockers are available. You can't ski straight in or out of the hotel, though. The rooms and shared spaces are pleasant, and there was lots of tasty food to choose from at both breakfast and dinner.

The food was a highlight, with plenty of dishes, lovely desserts, lots of fruit and salads, and grilled options. We also found the shuttle to the ski slopes very convenient. Hotel Das made for a wonderful stay, with comfortable rooms and kind, helpful staff, especially the gentlemen handling guest relations. Everything was perfect for us, and we'd love to return :)

The skiing is weather-dependent, but when conditions are good, it's absolutely worth it. We had a great holiday around the hotel too: the service was excellent, and the people working there were the nicest I've met. Firat and Akmaral especially 😀. And the food was incredibly delicious!! ❣️

I arrived before check-in, and the staff worked hard to get the rooms ready as early as they could. That really made the visit for me, since some resorts wouldn't do that. People in the other parts of the resort were just as welcoming and friendly. Their care is why I'd rate my visit 5/5.
