Sinem at reception was especially friendly and helpful, and the hotel staff were incredible overall. I’ve travelled around the world quite a lot, but this place still surprised me. I highly recommend it!

We slept so well in our room. The mattress was great, it was quiet, and the duvets were warm and cosy. Service was great from reception through to the waiters, and the food was good too. The ski rental and swimming pool are in a sister hotel 20m away to the left. We had an amazing stay and I highly recommend it. Just be ready for the weather up at a volcano 😉

The staff were really helpful and the food was excellent. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and very nice, though it could use a little updating. It was clean.
