There were too few staff, and the words we heard most were “no” and “unfortunately.” The kitchen was two-star at best, and there was no red meat. The workers seemed inadequate in many areas, but I felt sorry for them because there's only so much they can do when there's no food. We couldn't drive in because there was no gardener, then waited an hour for our room since it wasn't ready. I could say more, but it hardly seems worth it. The guests? A lot of them seemed well suited to this hotel. People leaving positive reviews probably haven't stayed at a nice hotel. Stay away, it's not even worth one star.

For a two-star hotel at a reasonable price, we had a very nice stay and thought the service was good value. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, never rude to us, and the young people working there are doing a great job. Our one real complaint was the food, it was never properly hot. I also disliked some guests who complained about everything and behaved badly.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, and Area A is very nice. Area B is much worse, and the people leaving bad reviews are apparently there. The only issue is that there are too few staff. I think the place is perfect, and those who call it bad are probably jealous of other hotels.

It's filthy, awful, and not worth a single lira. The rooms are disgusting, and this is absolutely not somewhere I'd go with family. You'd be better off sleeping in your car or eating bagels.
