We'd booked for a night after reading the reviews, and my wife and I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM while traveling through Izmir. The room was worn and badly looked after, with almost no sign of hygiene. The mirror was marked, there was hair over the drain in the shower area of the toilet, the towels had stains, and the bed wasn't inviting. There wasn't any toilet paper either. We had camping sheets with us, so we used those and put up with the room. Since it was so late, we didn't want to hunt for another hotel, but we were out early the next morning. We wouldn't recommend staying here.

The hosts were lovely, attentive, and caring, and the place was very clean and close to the sea. It could use a little work, though. If small details don't bother you, you can still have a great holiday in Özdere, just 10 meters from the sea.

Mr. Yenal won us over straight away with how friendly he was. We had a peaceful, wonderfully affordable stay in Özdere, and it was even better than I expected. It felt like being at home. Thanks so much for everything, Kartur. We’ll be back.

It was our first time at this hotel, and we felt right at home. The place was clean and peaceful, and the staff were friendly. A big thank you to the owners, Mr. Yenal and Ms. Nurdan. We miss them already and would recommend the hotel to everyone.

There’s a simple bedroom and living room, with beach chairs by the sea and everything you need close at hand. This small family-run hotel has lovely, dedicated hosts and local guests. We felt very comfortable here. Many thanks!
