We had a terrible night and barely slept. Guests in the room next door arrived around midnight with their family and made a lot of noise until about 3 am. The manager should have done something, but nothing happened. I asked the man myself to keep it down. Then around 6 am, road construction and motorcycles made a lot of noise too. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the location was good, but all of that was ruined by the noise. I won't stay here again.

Marina Mersin is a 20-minute walk away, and there's a good restaurant beside the hotel as well as an A101 shop. The building looks new and was very clean, including the room. Most of all, Mr. Omur was friendly and ready to help at any hour. I highly recommend Hotel Grond Nar Konaklama Mersin. Thanks, Mr. Omur.

The staff were welcoming and very friendly, and the stay was good value for money. The place is newly built and very clean. We had the room with the hot tub, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying there.
