I spent three nights in a single room. It was quite suitable and even had a desk for working. The place felt safe and was clean, and the staff were attentive and helpful with my needs. I'd stay there again if I come to Mersin.

My wife and I stayed on November 7th and 8th for a very fair price. The woman who welcomed us and looked after the apartment was kind, friendly, and attentive, though sadly I've forgotten her name. It's clean, safe, and affordable if you're not expecting luxury. We'd choose her place again if we return to Mersin. Many thanks to her, and all the best.

I paid for one night and went up to the room, only to find the shower head broken, no slippers, and no water. I asked downstairs for my money back so I could go elsewhere, but they said they couldn't process a refund. I decided to stay, but it was December and there was no heating. The air conditioner made a strange motor-like noise, and I froze until morning. Think twice before booking.

I was very happy with my stay at Mersin Palmiye Apart. The place was clean and the service was excellent. Definitely somewhere I'd recommend.

It's a peaceful, really nice place, and Mr. Enes is friendly and always ready to help. There are lots of model shops nearby, and Mersin University is an easy walk away. Whenever I'm back in Mersin, this is where I'll stay.
