After driving for 5-6 hours, we arrived for our May 16-19 reservation through ETS and were told the hotel was full, with no rooms available. Neither the hotel nor ETS offered help, an apology, or any understanding to sort it out. ETS did nothing to fix the situation. It felt like both had zero interest in customer satisfaction. The hotel seems focused on day-trip customers and doesn’t care about families. I strongly advise families against staying here, and I don’t recommend booking through ETS either.

The staff kept talking around the issue and seemed to assume we’d book because we’d already made the trip. They didn’t seem to know what they were saying or remember things, almost like they were drunk without having had a drink. The price quoted on the phone wasn’t the price on arrival, so find out the cost clearly before going. It felt like they were trying to scam people. I’ve never seen a place like this. Looking at the staff’s faces and their arms covered in razor cuts, and so on, you’d understand what I mean. Stay away, absolutely don’t go.

The rooms felt open and spacious, and the location was nice. The sheets were clean, but the sofas, bedspread, and some of the towels didn’t feel hygienic enough. I expected better cleanliness. Service: 8-9/10. Location: 9.5/10. Hygiene: 5.5/10.

We came to Mersin for the first time and found this boutique place by chance. We liked the apartment-style setup, and the beds were very good. The bathroom was a letdown, though: even though the hotel had recently been renovated, its door was in very poor shape. They should also pay more attention to cleanliness. Thank you.
