Pozcu Otel

Pozcu Hotel in Mersin was a real letdown when I stayed there last week. The cleanliness was seriously lacking, and the staff weren't in proper uniforms, which came across as unprofessional. There wasn't a lobby where you could sit or wait comfortably, and no restaurant for guests either. Honestly, it didn't feel like a hotel and didn't meet even the basic standards. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere comfortable and well managed.

The hotel is really clean, and the bathroom is the best. The staff are helpful too.

The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and the location is good. Breakfast was good for the epidemic situation, and the hot water in the bath was excellent with strong pressure. The one nuisance was the fried egg smell every morning on the 2nd floor, which made it hard to sleep longer. Better ventilation would make the place excellent.

The room and hotel were okay, but breakfast was disappointing for the price. It was just a prepared plate, COVID style. The worst part was forgetting our phone charger in the room. We contacted the hotel that same day and begged for it back, but they repeatedly said they hadn't found it. I can't believe they could miss a high-end charger from a known brand. Be very careful with your belongings if you stay there.
