Anemon Kent Mersin Hotel

The hotel is in a nice location, about 15 minutes by taxi from Mersin otogar terminal, around 10 minutes on foot from the nearest shopping mall, and roughly 25 minutes walking to the sea. The management has done a great job choosing the staff. Everyone from check-in to checkout was smiling and welcoming. Breakfast is served in a quiet hall and the service is great, but the simit wasn’t fresh. In the bathroom, there’s nowhere suitable to put the towels, as the picture shows, and the toilet seat is small. The double room has a big bed, though it’s actually two uncomfortable beds pushed together. Thanks, everyone, you’re really amazing stuff 😊

I’ve stayed here more than five times, including one visit that lasted two consecutive months, and every stay has been consistently exceptional. Mr. Jalal at reception is a big part of why I keep coming back. He’s refined, works very efficiently, and speaks three languages. I highly recommend interacting with him. The rooms are comfortable and immaculately clean, and there’s convenient parking for guests arriving by car. The location, comfort, and family-friendly atmosphere beat even other renowned hotels I’ve visited, including Divan and Hilton. This is my favorite hotel in Mersin, Turkey, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, enjoyable stay.

The service was good, and breakfast was decent, nothing special. Our family room was clean, and it’s a good place to stay for a few days. The hotel feels a bit tired and needs renovation, since there was a slight smell from the toilets and bathroom. I’d rate it four stars.

This was my second stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the balcony view was wonderful, and Mr Jalal at reception was very friendly and helpful.
