We were stuck here on New Year's Eve after our car broke down. The gentleman who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, and I’m grateful to him. The rest of the stay was a disaster. Cleanliness was nonexistent, and there was practically no breakfast service. In the middle of winter we had no hot water, and even after calling the night staff four times to explain, they didn’t make any effort to help. Shame on them. Doesn’t anyone inspect places like this? Don’t go or waste your money. I hope the money I paid brings them misfortune.

The rooms are open and spacious, and above all, very clean. Staff greet you warmly and are friendly. The location is convenient too: one minibus ride can take you wherever you need to go. I’d feel completely comfortable choosing this hotel.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the rooms are clean, hygienic, and lovely. It’s quite affordable, especially next to hotels that only look luxurious. The staff make you feel like an old friend instead of just another guest, and that alone makes the stay worthwhile. Yasar Hotel will be my regular choice in Mersin from now on.

We paid 850 TL for two people for one night, and it felt like staying in a chicken coop. The breakfast was just boiled eggs, which seemed practically ancient. Now we’re only just learning that we were overcharged too. Anyone with any sense should stay away.
