It’s a pleasant, fairly affordable base for walking around, in a quiet spot close to lots of scenic places. The people are warm and welcoming, too. The thermostat in the room can’t be adjusted, and breakfast could be better, especially the coffee and pastries.

Breakfast was the worst part for us. The woman serving food had a dirty uniform, the selection was very basic, and there was little care given to quality. Plates, spoons, and serving areas weren’t properly clean. The staff seemed eager to wrap up and showed no hospitality. We chose the hotel after seeing good reviews on Google and Booking.com. We often visit Istanbul and usually stay in Eminönü, but this was our worst hotel stay so far. The online photos and reviews seemed misleading, perhaps from an earlier management or AI-generated. The service we encountered was very poor, and staff weren’t professional or welcoming. The whole hotel smelled strongly of cooking oil every morning. Our towels weren’t clean, either, and it took two days to fix the shower. The stay was very disappointing, with basic cleanliness and professionalism falling short. We wouldn’t recommend it, and management needs to make serious improvements to service.

We stayed for five nights, and despite being in a busy neighborhood, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. It’s in a great location. The room was a good size, and both it and the bathroom were clean. The shower pressure was great, and breakfast was good, with hot dishes changing each day. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. I recommend the hotel.

The room was clean, and the staff were great. It’s in a great spot in the old town, too. The TV was too small and had no English channels, and the hair dryer was throwing sparks.
