I booked a room and showed up, but the staff told me they had no rooms available.

We paid, but couldn’t stomach staying and left within half an hour. Hygiene was a five below zero. The place smelled awful, with cigarette ends put out on the coffee table and armchairs. The bathroom was disgusting, the toilet flush was broken, and the curtains were torn. There was just about everything you wouldn’t want in a house.

The price is fair, and the air conditioning kept me from feeling hot. Cleanliness was a bit lacking, though, so bring your own sheets.

They moved me to another room, but broken hot water and air conditioning shouldn’t even be an issue nowadays, especially when you’re paying that much. Don’t trust the photos or the positive reviews, in my opinion this place could be better. They could make it a nice place to stay if they paid more attention to cleanliness.
