They demanded 5,000 lira for a faucet. When I refused, they threatened and insulted me, and even brandished a knife. This business is fraudulent and a scam. I absolutely don't recommend it. Another apartment building is cleaner and more affordable. Stay away.

I only needed a place for one day because of work, but I would have stayed another week if I could. The price and location are both very suitable. It’s a clean, quiet place in a decent neighborhood, and I really appreciate how attentive the staff were. See you next time I'm in Mersin. 🙏👑❤️

The rooms were clean, the bedding was good, and the staff did the general cleaning. My problems were with the booking and parking. I’d booked a particular room 2-3 weeks ahead and paid a deposit, and had specifically told them not to give it to someone else. They didn’t provide that room and offered me another one for extra money. It was their own communication mistake, but they tried to resolve it by charging me. If they made a mistake, they should admit it. In the morning I waited about 30-35 minutes in the hotel parking lot while they tried to find the owners of cars blocking the road and get them moved. Nobody knew where the key was or who had it. The night shift needs to be more diligent; the whole thing was terribly incompetent and irresponsible. As for the business’s reply, customers can judge whether it’s useful feedback to learn from and solve the problem.
