The location is great, but I’m wary of the prices. We paid 13,000 TL for 8 sea bass and some calamari, which felt like overcharging. I’ll probably not come back.

The welcome was warm and friendly, and the fresh traditional Turkish food was lovely. There’s a nice view over the water, with dining indoors or outside and hotel rooms behind the restaurant. The new owners have done extensive renovations over the past year or so. If you’re sailing, you can tie up your tender, use one of the mooring buoys, or ask the restaurant to send its tender to collect you. A nice spot for cocktails or a meal.

We tied up to a red buoy right in front of the restaurant when we sailed in for lunch. The breakfast was amazing and very well priced. Definitely worth sailing past.

The views are beautiful, and the restaurant is in a nice spot. The prices didn’t feel fair for the food and service, though. Our calamari were very heavily deep-fried and greasy, while the fish was pretty ordinary.

We stayed overnight with our boat on a mooring buoy. Dinner was great, especially the really tasty lamb chops, and the service felt friendly and relaxed. It’s a great spot. We’ll certainly come back and recommend KaptanHan.
