The restaurant service was better, and the food was good. But the room and reception experience was poor, and the room wasn’t clean at all. It felt more like a one-star hotel. The air conditioner didn’t work. I told reception more than ten times, and although it was serviced, it still wasn’t working. There’s no daily room cleaning either, and I had to ask reception again and again to send someone. Too many people at reception just pass the request on to someone else, and the treatment was not proper.

I had the best time in Turkey. The location was lovely, and everyone on staff was kind and friendly. Special thanks to Umut, Lokman, Ege and Can. You guys are the best. Please put more effort into tidying up the beach and fixing the WiFi. Love you guys, and thanks to everyone for the stay!

The massage was so good I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Mr.Umut from guest relations, you’re a really good man, and I miss you and everyone there. The hotel’s location and view are incredible, and I was very happy staying here. Thanks for everything.

The hotel is comfortable, with beautiful views and tasty food. Semih Serdar Burak is a very kind, cheerful person who can help when problems come up.

Thanks to Aydan, our stay was even more enjoyable. She makes guests feel comfortable and cared for, with a smile, kindness, and attention to every detail. She clearly loves her job and puts her heart into it. Her English is quite good, so it’s easy and pleasant to communicate with her. Other waitresses could learn from how professional and considerate she is. Regards, K.G
