Borvo Thermal Resort & SPA

I bought a 2+1 timeshare in Borvo Thermal, which began with big hopes, was opened by the then Minister of Defense, and sponsored Boluspor in its glory days. It could have been fantastic if they had built it according to plan. I've paid every debt on time, even early, including the title deed expenses, but I'm still waiting for the facility's title deed. The project's stated delivery date has passed, and there has been no word. I'm calling on the authorities. They're using the place like a hotel and charging people, while owners like me still wait. When we visit, they greet us nicely and keep saying the deed will come one day, then another day. Our patience is gone, and legal proceedings may be necessary.

I'm giving one star because there's no lower rating option. Don't give these scammers your money. The three buildings they put up as a front to rip people off have no water, services, social spaces, or food. I even started a Facebook group called "Those Victimized by Borvo" to expose them. Anyone who doubts me can get a better sense of what they're really like by reading what I've posted there.

Someone claimed, "You weren't scammed, there are financial problems." My friend, they managed to use our money to sponsor Boluspor. We only wanted a timeshare and a two-week holiday starting in 2015. Is the lack of justice really making you this comfortable? It's been five years past the promised delivery date. With lawsuits, files, and so many problems, there's no way the construction can be completed now. Don't mislead anyone. Stay away from them. The owners are known individuals, so investigate them to keep others from being scammed.

The setting and view are beautiful, and the smiling women were friendly, but don't expect much service. For three days, we saw water only once, and it was barely warm. Even a regular hot shower feels like a luxury, and the amount of thermal water available is questionable. Staff responses to requests often seem aimed at buying time, and you end up with nothing. They won't heat the rooms unless you insist. The outdoor pool looks like it's there for show, with water that's lukewarm, almost cold. It looks like a thermal resort, but it's poorly managed.
