The room was a good size, with enough space to open my suitcase, and the bed was spacious too. There was a refrigerator and a closet with hangers, and the Wi-Fi was so strong that Facebook had no lag. A supermarket, restaurant, and ATM were nearby. I messaged the owner on WhatsApp, and checkout was easy, I just left the key in the door. I stayed alone in Room 105 for four nights, November 25-29, 2025, after booking a double room on Booking.com. It cost approximately 180,000 KRW. The place is about a 15-20 minute drive from Fethiye Bus Terminal, on a quiet street corner. The owner was very friendly and helpful at check-in. He said it was his first time hosting Korean guests, spoke English well, and was very kind. I felt I had to ask for cleaning during my stay, though with a room to myself I had plenty of towels and didn't really need it. Hot water took a while to come through, but I could put up with that given the room and price. It was cold at night because of the wind, so I had to turn on the heater; there was a thick blanket in the closet that helped. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Fethiye.

The only things I liked were the pool and the little black cat. There are lots of cats, so avoid the place if you don't like them. The service was the main problem. Room cleaning wasn't included, which I found unbelievable. The woman at reception, who I assume was the owner, never seemed in a good mood, and her smile felt fake. When we arrived, she offered us a better room for the next day, so we left our clothes in our suitcases. The next day she said it would cost extra, which she hadn't told us before. We declined, and she didn't take it well. We also asked about renting a car for one day, with the option to extend. She said she could arrange one for the next day, but in the morning we found out the rental company required a four-day minimum. It wasted their time and ours, and she seemed annoyed that we didn't rent through them. We only wanted to try it for a day. A few days later we rented from somewhere else, and when she saw us with the car, she clearly wasn't happy about missing her commission. After that, they wouldn't even change our towels unless we asked. They never cleaned the room, and the whole place was awful.

We left feeling rested and peaceful after our family stay. The rooms and pool were very clean, and it was comfortable to stay there with children. The managers were friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Those three days felt like a dream, so calm and relaxing. The owner was extremely helpful with everything we needed, and our room was spotless. Hygiene was top notch, and the pool was exceptionally clean and plenty big. I'm already looking forward to next year.
