We stayed at Carissa Hotel for an extended visit to Muğla last summer while caring for a family member in the hospital. The staff’s thoughtfulness and compassion made a difficult time much more bearable. Everyone was attentive and considerate, and the hospitality felt genuine. The facilities were excellent too. Our rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and breakfast was wonderful, with fresh food and pastries made each morning. Carissa Hotel exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for good facilities and genuine Turkish hospitality, I highly recommend it.

It’s generally a good, peaceful and comfortable hotel, especially if you can skip breakfast and the morning construction. A new building beside it is under construction, so noise may wake you early. The location isn’t bad if you have a car. Breakfast was very standard. The woman working there needs to improve her service. In the morning she was nervously yelling at people for no clear reason, banging dishes on the table, and gathering empty plates noisily. We felt anxious that she might yell at us too, so we chose to eat outside instead of starting our mornings with that stress.

We hadn’t planned to stay here, but came across the hotel by chance and were really impressed. Everything looked and felt brand new, the design and furniture were gorgeous, and the staff were kind. Breakfast was superb. My wife couldn’t stop talking about it. Definitely recommended!
