The hotel is right at the entrance to Mustafapaşa and close to the university. Its local-style design, pleasant furnishings, and atmosphere are appealing. The owner was friendly and attentive at first. Some parts of the layout didn’t work well for me. The Turkish bath-style bathroom is nice, but awkwardly placed, and the toilet is visible from the bed behind only a curtain, perhaps because of the room layout. Payment terms should be clear beforehand. Sending guests to an ATM at midnight to get cash is unacceptable. I also thought the price was high for the service, though I suspect local conditions may be behind it.

It feels nostalgic, and the cleanliness is handled with care. This old Greek house has been kept in its original form and turned into a beautiful place. It’s become our home away from home in Mustafapaşa. Have a chat with the owner, Mr. Ender, and listen to his wonderful records before you leave.

Mr. Ender, the owner and manager, gives the place even more character with his friendly conversation, smile, and effort to make guests happy. The terrace has a magnificent sunset view, and the hotel feels warm and welcoming. Restored from a very old Greek house, it’s full of history and soul, with antiques inside that are priceless and very valuable. A beautiful hotel that adds a different color to Mustafapaşa. I recommend it.

We had a lovely few days at Gülten Sultan Mansion and will choose it again next vacation. It’s a spotless, precious mansion where we felt at home. The location makes it easy to get around, and Ender's hospitality and the value he places on his guests made the holiday even more enjoyable.
