The pool and sauna were lovely, and breakfast was huge enough to keep us going all day. The young woman serving breakfast was a delight, and the staff were capable and helpful.

Maya, the house dog, is the real star here. The people were kind and accommodating, the rooms were fantastic, and the breakfast was astonishing. The grounds are beautiful and have a relaxing feel.

What made our stay at Seraphim Cave Hotel in Cappadocia so memorable was the care from the staff. When our flight was delayed, our rental car office would have closed before we got there. They quickly helped us arrange another car and coordinate with the agency, and gave us lots of directions and support. Since we don't speak much Turkish, that made a stressful situation much easier. They stayed attentive and kind for the rest of our visit too. We were there in August 2025. Mustafapasa is close to the main sights but feels calmer than places like Goreme. The rooms and grounds are beautiful, and breakfast was very good as well.

The hotel is wonderfully peaceful, and the indoor pool was a great place to unwind after a long day. The staff really went out of their way for us, and I loved their dog. It's pet-friendly too. The location is lovely, and this was the best stay of my life. Hope I can come back.

Really lovely family-run feel, though everything is handled professionally and runs well. The rooms are beautiful and the wait staff are amazing. I still haven't seen the spa or pool, but I've liked every part of the place so far and had to write this before I forgot!
