Aşk-ı Nare Cave Hotel

The rooms were roomy and clean, and we never ran into transport trouble because of where the hotel is. Mr. Ömer and the rest of the staff were friendly and attentive. It felt like the hotel could guide you through everything, with a very professional approach. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant.

We paid €200 for massages for two. When we arrived, the two therapists weren't ready, so we waited 15 minutes while they got set up. They then said there wasn't enough room or hamam space to serve both of us at once, though eventually we agreed to have the treatment together. The hamam was very cold and wasn't heating; there was no toilet or shower room, and the sauna wasn't on. We joked that at least the water was warm. The pool didn't look clean and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for at least a year. The changing room was closed, and there were no slippers, bathrooms, water, or tea. I couldn't wash my hair because there was no shower or hair dryer. We felt like we were being taken for fools, and left as soon as the massage was over. We'd never had spa service like that before.

We found it easy to reach the region's main sights from this quiet neighborhood, right in the center of Cappadocia. Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was generous and delicious. I'd definitely recommend staying here when visiting Cappadocia.

The rooms and staircases all have different designs, so staying in a different room could be an attraction in itself. There are two terraces for guests, and the staff are kind, patient, and helpful. When they learned it was my child's birthday, they offered to get a cake, sang happy birthday, and arranged a camel safari as a surprise gift. The hotel also has a travel agency for activities like camel or horse safaris. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices, though it wasn't clear to me as a non-native speaker that you need to order the main dish or what you can choose. A breakfast menu or other information would help. Street parking is free, but finding a space could be difficult when there are lots of cars.
