Crassula Cave Hotel

We were woken repeatedly by friends staying in nearby rooms, moving between them, slamming doors, and talking loudly until morning. Since the rooms are so close, we expected the staff to keep things quiet, especially instead of calling us at 11 pm about payment. For our one-night weekend stay, we booked a standard cave room at Rose Moon Cave Hotel, the hotel's newest establishment. Our room was clean, though there was no air conditioning. We visited in October and managed fine, but it could get stuffy in summer. Air conditioning is available. Nar is near Nevsehir city center, but the narrow streets make the hotel a bit hard to reach, and parking is a problem. Breakfast was a hygienic terrace buffet with lots of choice: eggs, cheeses, french fries, bagels, olives, cereal, filter coffee, tea, and fruit juice. We enjoyed it comfortably. For hot air balloons, you can get to the city center and take the Ürgüp-Göreme road to the Valley of Lovers. It’s worth getting up early for the view.

Our room was ATHENA ❤️ It went beyond what I’d imagined, and I left my heart there. The price-performance ratio was far better than expected, and we were so pleased. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmet at reception, he thinks of everything. Lord Cave will be our Cappadocia home from now on. 👌👌

We weren’t familiar with the city, but we had such a joyful time there and hope to come back. Our room was perfect and very clean. Sibel helped us with everything, and we’re especially grateful to her, Sibel, and Oğuz for their attentiveness. Thank you.

We only stayed one night, but felt as comfortable as at home. The staff were warm, friendly, and sincere, and the price was very reasonable. They kept bringing us hot tea while we sat by the fireplace, which we appreciated.
