We had a wonderful time here with my family. Breakfast, made with local products, was delicious, and the place had that warm Turkish hospitality. It’s a stone house with a big sunny terrace, well placed for exploring the region but still peaceful and away from the tourist crowds. A really nice hotel if you’re after an authentic experience.

The room had a wonderfully unusual, authentic Turkish feel, and they made clever use of the space. My daughter loved exploring the super comfortable loft. We only spent a few hours there, after checking out of another hotel in Goreme and exploring Avanos before our night flight, but the inexpensive room gave us a chance to sleep first. The host and his wife were so welcoming, even though I couldn’t speak or understand Turkish. It felt more like being invited into their family cottage than staying at a hotel. I just wish we’d stayed longer. A great no-fuss boutique place for families.

After four nights, the place felt like home. We travelled around Turkey for three weeks, and this was easily the best place we stayed. The owner was lovely and accommodating, the beds were so comfortable, and breakfast was exceptional. I’d recommend it to anyone.

His daughter, Ayca, was flexible about payments and very helpful with the tour packages. The father was friendly too, helping us book tours, coordinate with the taxi, and get around. He cooked a great breakfast every day, and we had lovely conversations now and then. A very comfortable stay in the cave hotel. Highly recommend it when visiting Cappadocia!

The owners were kind, and the rooms were nice. Ours had two floors and a large bathroom. There’s a lovely terrace, and breakfast was homemade and delicious.
