Cappavia Cave Hotel

Our toddler loved the room, and it was fun seeing how each room had its own little differences. The staff were kind and helpful, with some playing with our son to welcome him, and we really liked the breakfast. Downtown is walkable, but be ready for some steep hills. A couple of door and sink fittings felt flimsy and needed tightening. The room was warm, and we couldn't open a window; the AC didn't seem very strong. We found the shower was giving off much of the heat, so we shut both the shower door and bathroom door to keep it back. We still really enjoyed our stay!

The terrace has a wide, unobstructed view of Ürgüp, and watching the hot air balloons rise at sunrise felt magical. Staff were kind, professional, and handled our needs, including the balloon ride and airport transfers, with personalized service that made us feel at home. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with local Turkish specialties and fresh items that changed daily. Our suite had a jetted tub and heated floors, lovely after a day among the valleys and fairy chimneys. The cave rooms were cozy, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, combining the region's old charm with modern luxury. Cappa Via Cave Hotel was the highlight of our unforgettable Cappadocia trip. Highly recommend, worth every penny!

We enjoyed picnicking in the shared outdoor spaces in the lovely spring weather. The room was thoughtfully laid out, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant temperature in the sleeping area. An air conditioner in the sitting area by the bedroom entrance helped keep things steady. Nice boutique cave hotel!

Mehmet arranged everything for us, from taxis to the balloon tour, so we didn't have to lift a finger. The staff were funny and sweet, and the hotel manager was incredibly kind. The rooms were huge and nice, and the bath tub and pools were phenomenal. We loved the gorgeous rooftop views, both at night and during continental breakfast. Great experience, amazing staff, and excellent value for the price. We'd definitely come back.
