The place was clean, and the price seemed normal. We asked for an iron and extra pillows, and they brought them. The kitchen has very few utensils, though, and it would be better if there were air conditioning or a fan.

Even the cafe downstairs, open 24/7, meant engine and vehicle noise and people shouting at 3 a.m. The sofa was very hard, and this isn't suitable for three people. There were also lots of kitchen utensils missing. I stayed here last year, and the bedroom door wouldn't close. I came back for four days this year and got the same room, with the same bedroom door problem. The balcony door wouldn't close either. Nothing had changed since last year. It may be good value for students, but it's problematic for families coming from out of town.

The apartment feels like a warm home in Cappadocia, with very clean rooms, new furnishings, and a kitchen stocked with all the necessary equipment. The only odd thing was the schedule: check-in is at 11 and checkout at 10. I recommend keeping that in mind when you visit, and I think those times could be reviewed. Otherwise, I highly recommend the place. You can choose it with peace of mind.

We spent one night here as a family, in a clean, new one-bedroom apartment with kitchenware. The price was good, and cleanliness was clearly a priority. The only issue was that our apartment's refrigerator wasn't cooling properly, but it wasn't a big problem.
