I only stayed two nights, but I'd have stayed for the whole trip if I could. The rooms were clean, with a faint fresh smell, and the bathrooms were spotless. The place has a cozy, home-like feel as soon as you come in. The people working there really made the hotel for me. Guney was amazing, always helpful and making sure everyone was comfortable. We were a difficult group, but we all left happy and became friends with him. 10/10. As a cat lover, I liked seeing the cats in the entrance lobby in the morning. They seemed happy and comfortable, like most cats in Turkey, and that felt like a good sign of the locals' kindness. Breakfast was fresh and hot. They make top quality gozleme, a thin bread with cheese, right in front of you, and it's delicious enough to bring me back. The selection wasn't huge, and they didn't have non dairy coffee creamer, but I'm not picky and didn't mind eating the same food each day. I was only there a few days, so I don't know how much the options rotate. It's a comfortable, easygoing place, and I'd definitely stay again whenever I visit capadocia. Highly recommend.

We arrived very late, but the staff still welcomed us warmly and explained the hotel and what to do in Cappadocia. The facilities were lovely, the beds comfortable, and breakfast delicious. With lots of restaurants nearby and a very good location, everything about the hotel was incredible. The best place to stay in Goreme. If I return to Turkey, I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

I recommend this hotel for its facilities, breakfast, handy location, and friendly English-speaking staff, especially Kamal the cook. I was worried the neighboring restaurant's AC would whine all night, but it switched off by late evening. I slept well both nights.

Our stay at Goreme Cave Rooms & Pool was stressful and extremely disappointing. There was a mistake about the extra amount needed to upgrade our room. The manager admitted the error, but my family, including three children, still waited nearly an hour and a half for the room. A little after we settled in, the receptionist said the manager didn't want us to stay anymore and we had to leave the next day at 11 a.m. The receptionist confirmed that this decision wasn't related to the children, which makes the later “noise” explanation questionable, especially since we'd only been in the room a few minutes. The manager was rude and unprofessional, and the whole situation caused us a lot of stress. We contacted Booking.com customer service, but they didn't provide concrete help at the time, so we had to manage the problem ourselves. We did get a refund for the unused nights, but only after a lot of hassle. This ruined our visit to Goreme and left us with a very negative impression. I don't recommend this property to families or travelers who expect professionalism, respect, and good hospitality.
