Everyone on the staff was friendly and ready to help. They got our group settled quickly and answered all our many questions, for which I'm very grateful. There's a lovely park nearby, along with lots of little souvenir shops and cafes. The hotel is in the small town of Kozakly. We were worried after reading earlier reviews, but it turned out we needn't have been. It's a good thermal hotel and very good value for the price. Both the rooms and spa area were clean. Our warm room had a refrigerator, TV, comfortable beds, a bath with thermal water, a balcony, robes, slippers, and two complimentary bottles of water on arrival. Breakfast and dinner were included. Everything tasted good, though nothing was fancy. Tea and cookies were served in the lobby from 3 to 4 p.m. The spa has separate men's and women's hammams, saunas, and thermal pools at 42 degrees, as well as a 28-degree swimming pool. The spa interior was pleasant, and the sauna smelled nicely of wood. To our surprise, the pools stayed open until 11 p.m., which was great. We liked the hotel. Don't expect miracles, but there's nothing to worry about either.

We stayed one night. The room was generally clean and didn't smell bad, and the overall vibe was nice apart from the problems below. The internet worked in the lobby only. I enjoyed a type of meat at dinner, and the chefs and dining room workers were polite. The hotel is near a park where children can play. The biggest concern for me was the pool. While we were already in it at night, a worker came and poured chlorine into the water. Later, the pool area smelled smoky because some people were smoking in a completely closed space. That was a shame. I also didn't feel comfortable about hygiene given those things. The staff didn't know English. I couldn't find anyone who spoke it, not even the receptionist or the internal support line. When we asked for an extra bed, we had to wait a long time while trying to interpret. The receptionist wasn't welcoming or particularly polite. The bathroom supplies weren't satisfactory either, just a small soap and low-quality shampoo, so bring your own. The slippers they gave us were very thin and took time to put on. The food was generally nice, though some breakfast items, including sausages and fries, seemed to have been cooked days earlier.

A relaxing, comfortable five-star hotel. Requests were handled quickly, and I extended my booking from seven days to ten. The SPA was very good. Best wishes and good luck to Mrs Meltem, Hülya, Mr khaled, khlis, the massage staff Ferhad, Erdal, Mevlut, and the servants.

I stayed one night. Staff were helpful, and some spoke English. The room was okay, with its own thermal water tub in the ensuite, as is common in Kozakli. The lifts worked reliably. Breakfast and dinner were included in the price, like at most hotels here. The lobby had a small selection of snacks, drinks, and swimwear, but there was NO WIFI in the rooms, only the lobby. I didn't see or try the public pools because I didn't have time. They include both segregated and mixed options. As a wheelchair user, I found the hotel a bit far from the center. It took me about 25 minutes, mostly riding on the road because 99% of the time the footpaths had no curb cuts. I eventually found somewhere closer. If you're arriving by car, the distance won't be a problem, and there are little kiosks within a five-minute walk. In general, the town offers virtually nothing, not even a decent coffee shop.
