My stay at Four Points Hotel in Bursa was good overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was the letdown, though, as it didn't meet my expectations.

The breakfast was terrible, and the kitchen didn't look clean. The rooms were so tiny that even one person could barely move around. I'd strongly suggest avoiding this hotel.

The breakfast crew were fantastic, and the staff really did everything they could to please guests. A remarkable hotel and a genuinely marvellous dream team.

I felt at home and have extended my stay. The hotel has everything around it, so you won't be left wanting for anything. A huge thank you to the reception staff for all their help, and to the chef for making yummy pancakes for my son. Evindar and zűleyha at the breakfast cafe were amazing with my child, who has autism. They kept him entertained and became his friends, and I don't think my stay would have gone smoothly without them. I arrived last weekend, and everyone made me feel so accommodated. Thanks to all the staff. I'm still here and hope to see you again soon.

A decent, clean place close to the university town. It's about a 45-minute drive from city centre bursa.
