Pars Apart Hotel

There’s a small supermarket right next to the hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was good, and the Wi-Fi worked without any problems. Parking is first come, first served, with very little space. We chose this place for the kitchen and washing machine, but there weren’t even cups for tea, let alone plates or a small pan. I understand there might not be detergent, though they could have provided a limited amount like shampoo. Without basic kitchenware, the kitchen wasn’t really usable.

After a two-hour drive, we arrived to find that the hotel wasn’t pet-friendly, despite being listed on a site for pet-friendly places. They acted as if letting us stay one night was a favor. We had booked a large room for three, with a double and a single bed, but were told it wasn’t available and offered two separate rooms instead. Cleanliness wasn’t great either; the kettle was sticky and dusty. We don’t speak Turkish, and nobody there spoke English. When we asked them to contact a taxi company and check prices, they told us to do it ourselves. No one at the company spoke English either, so finding a taxi and understanding the fare and destination was difficult. We don’t recommend this hotel and won’t return.

We came from Istanbul and stopped in Bursa at this hotel for the first time. So far, it’s been a great experience. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean. The location is close to everything, and the prices are better than most nearby hotels for the service you get. Special thanks to Kübra and Emra for being so kind to us.

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the rooms smelled good too. I really liked this hotel and recommend it to everyone. It deserves five stars.
