Royal Residence Bursa

The Royal Residence Bursa has good service, and shops, restaurants, other amenities, and a mall are all close by. The location makes it easy to get around and explore the area. The suite rooms are somewhat small, which could be an issue if you want more space. Still, the service helps balance that out, and the hotel gives a generally satisfactory experience.

The location is really central, with cafes, restaurants, and shops all around, plus a major supermarket across the road. The hotel feels super modern and clean, with a 5-star vibe, and looks like it was totally refurbished quite recently. Staff were polite and quick to help. They sorted out sending a parcel for me, and when I asked for an iron, room service brought one a couple of minutes later. There's also an amazing restaurant just outside serving teas, coffees, desserts, and full meals from breakfast through dinner. My friends in Bursa were impressed and plan to stay here in future.

The staff went the extra mile and made me feel at home, and the apartment had everything I needed, even though the furniture was basic. It's good value, very clean, and efficient, with humble staff and comfy beds. I was upgraded to a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the 5 TH floor, with views of the city and mountains, and will be staying here for 14 days. The location is great, just across from two big shopping Malls. There's no restaurant in the Hotel apartment, but next door there's a nice cafe with good-value breakfast. Highly recommended, it feels like a home away from home.

The staff are amazing, especially Mohammad. We can call anytime and they take care of things right away. They even brought us a cooking pot when we asked. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment, which is very spacious, and the location is close to literally everything. The main issue is cleanliness: there was a lot of dust, especially under the bed. I'd suggest a vacuum, since when I asked the cleaning ladies to vacuum, they said they didn't have one.
